用料

早餐香葱鸡蛋饼的做法

多次少量把水加入面粉里搅拌至无颗粒面糊状,加入适量盐,葱花,1个鸡蛋和1大勺食用油(或者20克液化黄油)一起搅拌均匀至视频中的状态。

4个鸡蛋打散备用。打撒的蛋液一会比较容易在面饼上摊开。(可以按自己喜欢加少许盐和胡椒粉调味)

按上图的顺序,我用叉子叉上一小块黄油抹,少油而且均匀。

温柔地从一边卷起。喜欢摊酱的可以先抹上酱再卷起,或者直接出锅,等面饼稍微凉一下包上少许火腿黄瓜萝卜丝,大家即兴发挥👌

小贴士

加水注意每次加少量到面粉里搅拌后再加下一次水,按少量多次的方法稀释到满意的状态,面糊太稠的话不容易摊开。

一开始面糊太稠可以加一点点水,面饼不要摊太大,大了翻面容易烂,没有葱花也还可以哦,谢谢分享
